This C FX Profile Thermo-loc Platinum Plus FX Check Reveal Cavity Closer from Timloc is a durable and resistant barrier for cavities up to 150mm. It is used to eliminate cold bridging and dampness from around windows, walls, and sills, and it provides a practical Damp Proof Course and thermal barrier between the frame, inner and outer wall leaf.
Cavity closers are rigid and lightweight UPVC profiles fitted with insulation material. They are designed to close off openings in cavity walls, such as external walls and windows. They can also be used to pre-form openings when the door and/or window frames are installed later.
