This beautifully traditional heavy duty trellis from Rowlinson has been responsibly sourced. It has undergone a pressure treatment where the timber is cut to size and then put into a tank so all the air can be drawn out and the moisture is taken out of the timber. The wood is then pressure-treated with a wood preservative. The process of taking all the moisture out of the wood means that more preservative can be driven right into the timber, instead of just being applied to the outside. You can then paint or stain the trellis to suit your own garden or leave as a stunning natural timber.
