The whole range of K or the phenolic range manufactured by Kingspan is an improved version of the standard PIR foam that is used in the other boards. Kingspan Kooltherm K7 Pitched Roof Board is designed in such a way that it faces both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing which is extremely resistant to the transmission of water vapor. It is a finest performance rigid thermoset that has modified resin insulation core, faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil that is autohesively bonded to the insulation core while manufacturing.

High performance
The enhanced quality of board is attributed to three reasons, thermal performance, fire rating and compressive strength. This insulation board is specifically designed for tiled or slated pitched warm roof spaces.

2. Compressive strength: Typically exceeds 120 kPa
