Our T-Trims should be fixed using Galvanised nails or screws at no more than 300mm apart, making sure the ends of each length are firmly secured. A minimum of 6 fixings per length is recommended. We suggest you leave a gap of 2mm between each length to allow for expansion.
T-Trim roof edge trim is manufactured from extruded aluminium alloy to BS 1474, Quality 6063/T6 (AlMgSi 0.5 F22). This provides a resilient finish that is not affected by atmospheric pollution and will not rust.
Pre-formed corners eliminate the need for on-site mitre cutting. They also ensure a neat, accurate and watertight detail at any change in roof edge direction.
