High perfromance:
This is a high performance and rigid phenolic insulation board that is designed specifically for solid concrete and suspended ground floors. It provides a rapid response to floor heating that actually prevents heat loss with the help of heat sump. This board provides thermal conductivity of 0.021 – 0.022 W/m.K, which makes it much more efficient.
Environmental concerns:
Kingspan K12 floorboard is manufactured without using CFCs/HCFCs and with zero Ozone depletion potential, the floorboard is environmentally safe. It minimizes the coast of certain items such as soil removal, service connections and DPM’s, hence makes it more efficient. It has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) that makes it more eco-friendly.

Kingspan K12 is manufactured by keeping the standards in consideration. It adhered to BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management Systems. Requirements), BS EN ISO 14001: 2015 (Environnemental Management Systems Requirements) and BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Health and Safety Management Systems. Requirements). It is also covered by BBA Approval Inspection Testing Certificate No 14/5134 and also work in accordance with Harmonized Standard BS EN 13166: 2001.
